What hours are you open? 

Our office is open Monday through Friday from 8am to 6pm.

However, our technicians generally are here on the weekends working on vehicles in the shop to help speed up the repair process for our customers.

 What does it take to get an estimate? 

Just stop by our collision repair center and a certified technician will inspect your vehicle, answer any questions you may have, and provide you with an estimate in a matter of 15 minutes or less.

What insurance companies do you work with? 
Broadway Ford Collision Repair works with ALL insurance companies.

Does my vehicle have to be a Ford for your repair shop to work on it? 

Absolutely not. Broadway Ford Collision Repair works on ALL MAKES AND MODELS of vehicles. We even repair any body damage on 5th wheels, motor homes, jet skis, boats, snowmobiles, ATV's, and more.

How long do the repairs take?  

The length of the repair  on the vehicle is based on the estimated hours, and when parts will arrive. When you bring your vehicle in, your estimator should be able to give you a good idea or a date of when your vehicle will be completed. 

Do I need to get more than 1 estimate?

No. Idaho State Law says you do NOT need to get more than one estimate.

How can I receive a rental car?

If you need a rental car, this is generally taken care of through you and the insurance company responsible for the damages. Broadway Ford may have a vehicle to provide you as well at no charge, depending on the availability. 

What form of payment do you accept? 

We accept Visa and Mastercard, debit cards, insurance checks, and cash. We do not accept personal checks, sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. 

What are betterment charges?

Betterment charges are for parts that are worn out and need replacement with time and use (such as tires and batteries). These parts are commonly subject to betterment charges when replaced during the repair process. Those betterment charges are determined by your insurance company, and are pro rated based on the number of miles your vehicle has.

When will I know when my car is completed?

We will notify you when your car is finished and ready to be picked up. Also, please feel free to contact us if you have any questions during or after the repair of your vehicle.
